Personal Assistant to Deal Team – Prestigious Private Equity Firm – Mayfair - Full-time office!


A rare opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and well-respected Private Equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fantastic PA role that you can truly make your own, while being part of a high-performing, collaborative, and sociable team.


This fast-paced and varied PA position requires a proactive and intuitive individual with solid Private Equity experience. You’ll be supporting a dynamic team where you will need to stay two steps ahead and ensuring their schedules and priorities run seamlessly.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and calendar management
  • International travel arrangements
  • Preparing and updating presentations and reports
  • Coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones
  • Managing the deal log and ensuring accurate data entry with Associates
  • Providing general team administrative support (a hands-on attitude is essential)


The role demands flexibility, strong time management, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. It’s not your typical 9-5, so a can-do mindset and flexibility are key.

  • Industry knowledge is ESSENTIAL
  • Degree educated or holding a QUEST qualification is a bonus
