Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE
Company Overview:
We are working with a small private family office in the West End, who invest in the hospitality and sports industry. They are a small tight-knit team of around 7 with a supportive team and low turnover. They are looking for a PA to support their Founder. The role is split 60% private, 40% business. You will be supporting a very busy Director who is heavily involved in the business but also travels frequently. They are looking for someone who can really get stuck in, act as a trusted middle-person between the business and private life and pre-empt issues before they arise. High attention to detail, strong organisation, and calm problem-solving skills are key. This is a fantastic position for a dedicated PA looking for a varied role with the unique opportunity to add individuality and a personal touch to the role.
Responsibilities:
Business:
• Gatekeeping, inbox, and diary management for the Founder
• Managing calls, emails, and appointments (including occasional weekend monitoring)
• Booking meetings, tickets, restaurants, and events
• Managing invoices, payments, and expenses alongside the FD
• General office and operational support
Private:
• Coordinating UK & international travel and itineraries
• Acting as main point of contact for private staff and household matters
• Supporting private and corporate event planning
• Assisting with property-related coordination and admin
• Ad hoc support for the wider family
Skills and Experience:
• Experience working with HNWIs advantageous
• Prior PA experience not required, but ideally you will have experience with some property management, and be confident working in a fast-paced, high-pressure role
• Confident, proactive, and highly organised
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
• Private/household experience beneficial
• Experience working in detail-orientated role
