This role is hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the office), based in Kings Cross, and perfect for someone who enjoys cross-functional teamwork with CRM, Creative, Product, and Analytics.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on, analytical role focused on results, efficiency, and iteration. You’ll work with our paid media agency, optimise spend and KPIs across digital channels, and manage the technical execution of email campaigns via Ometria —excluding creative.
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about growth marketing, loves digging into data, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
Lead the relationship with our paid media agency to deliver against performance KPIs
Build and implement acquisition strategies targeting defined mosaic profiles
Monitor and optimise spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
Test emerging paid channels for growth opportunities
Manage affiliate partners and ShopThru performance
Familiarity with SEMRush and TikTok Ads a plus
Performance Analysis
Analyse and report on campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Sweet Analytics, etc.
Track metrics such as CPA, CPO, ROI, CTR, and LTV
Use insights to drive smarter decisions and unlock growth
Build reports and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed
Email Marketing Operations
Own the technical execution of email marketing through Ometria (campaigns, triggers, workflows)
Segment audiences and schedule lifecycle & transactional emails
Ensure robust promo code delivery and SMS targeting where applicable
Collaborate with creative teams to deploy campaigns
Mindset & Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Analytics, and Design teams
Apply a test-and-learn approach to everything you do
Stay on top of marketing trends and share ideas to evolve our strategy
What We're Looking For
3+ years in performance marketing or a growth-focused digital role
Hands-on experience managing paid budgets and performance agencies
Solid grasp of key metrics: CPA, CPO, ROI, CPC, LTV
Comfortable with tools like GA4, Looker, Meta Ads, Google Ads
Experience with Ometria (or similar) from a technical standpoint
Data-driven, detail-obsessed, and always looking for the “what’s next?”
Nice to have
DTC or eCommerce experience
Familiarity with marketing attribution models
Understanding of A/B testing frameworks and CRO
Exposure to SQL, Python, or similar data tools
