Performance Marketing Manager

Job Purpose You will design and lead performance marketing strategies, spanning paid media (including paid social), influencers, CRM, SEO, and emerging platforms, to ensure GLP’s substantial segmented mailing list, growing social followings, founder channels and new audiences are leveraged for impactful acquisition and meaningful retention. Our performance marketing engine reaches aligned audiences with a view to donating once, becoming a regular donor, and taking action as part of our campaigns (e.g. emailing their MPs on a relevant issue, contacting a regulator to make a complaint, etc.) What we're looking for: Demonstrable experience in performance marketing or digital advertising with acquisition + retention KPIs at a level in line with the requirements of the role Hands-on paid campaign management across major platforms CRM/email marketing with large audience segmentation Expertise in CRO, A/B testing, SEO, analytics (GA4) Excellent data-driven communication & cross-team working What we do: Good Law Project is a not-for-profit campaign organisation which uses the law to hold power to account and fight for a fairer, greener future.
