The Department \nHFW's People team includes Human Resources, Early Careers, Compensation & Benefits, People Systems, Learning & Development, and & , located in the London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Paris, São Paulo, Singapore and Sydney offices.

The Role \nAs a People Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the firm’s HR technology landscape. You will be responsible for maintaining, optimising, and developing our people systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement.

\n\n

Key Responsibilities \n• Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors. \n• Support people systems projects, including workflow improvements, configuration changes, planned maintenance, upgrades, testing, rollouts, and documentation in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders. \n• Collaborate with the People team to identify system improvements and implement configuration changes. \n• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and the wider business. \n• Support cyclical HR projects such as Pay Gap, annual earner regrading, and appraisal processes; \n• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution or escalation. \n• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations. \n• Assist in the rollout of new HR technologies and digital initiatives. \n• Provide training and support to HR users and other stakeholders on system functionality and best practices. \n• Maintenance and development of information on the firm's global intranet relating to the people system. \n• Build relationships with external suppliers and raise support cases as required. \n• Provide training on systems to Managers, Administrators and self-service users. \n● Input and maintenance of data on the people and other associated systems. \n● Any other ad hoc tasks as may be required.

Key Skills & Experience Required \n• At least one year's proven experience in HR systems administration or analysis, ideally within a professional services or legal environment. \n• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures. \n• Proficiency in reporting tools, data analysis and manipulating data using MS Excel. \n• Experience with system configuration, testing, and documentation. \n• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \n• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. \n• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. \n• Experience with global HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors essential), and multi-jurisdictional data. \n• Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. \n• High levels of discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy.
