Location: Glasgow

Salary: £25-27k DOE + up to 10% bonus

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday Friday

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 Days office / 3 days at home after training)

Were looking for a Pension Transfer Operations Analystto join our Operations team in Glasgow. If you enjoy problem-solving, delivering excellent service, and supporting others to achieve the best outcomes, you could be the perfect fit.

This role sits at the heart of our business , working closely with advisers and internal teams to ensure client transfers and financial transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory standards.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll manage a variety of queries each day, helping to ensure every client and adviser experience is smooth, timely, and compliant. Youll contribute to high-quality client outcomes while strengthening our internal operations and control processes.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing queries related to pension transfers, money movements, and platform operations
• Supporting colleagues across multiple service functions
• Identifying and helping implement process improvements that benefit our clients and safeguard their investments
• Sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen team capability
• Taking ownership of tasks within our risk and compliance framework
  
  

• Have previous experience in financial services (platform/wrap experience a plus)
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively
• Are highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Understand the importance of financial controls and risk awareness
• Are always looking for ways to improve and innovate
