Youll contribute to high-quality client outcomes while strengthening our internal operations and control processes. Key responsibilities include: Managing queries related to pension transfers, money movements, and platform operations Supporting colleagues across multiple service functions Identifying and helping implement process improvements that benefit our clients and safeguard their investments Sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen team capability
