3 Point Recruitment are hiring a Payroll Manager looking to lead and oversee the end to end payroll function for our award winning client based in Leamington Spa!This is a hands on leadership role where you will ensure payroll is delivered accurately, compliantly and on time, while driving continuous improvement and supporting the development of the payroll team. You will be working for a business who have a fantastic working atmosphere & surrounded by hard working colleagues who chip in other areas of the business during times of absence etc.A salary of £30-40k is attached to the role & it is full office based in Leamington Spa.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full monthly payroll cycle, including HMRC submissions and pension reportingEnsure compliance with employment law, tax regulations, and internal policiesReconcile payroll accounts and prepare journalsLead, coach, and support the payroll team to deliver high standardsAct as the subject matter expert for complex payroll queriesIdentify and implement process improvementsProduce statutory reports, including Gender Pay Gap reportingSupport TUPE transfers, redundancy calculations, and client rechargesAbout YouStrong experience managing end-to-end payrollUp to date knowledge of HMRC, pensions, and employment legislationConfident leading and developing a teamHighly organised with excellent attention to detailProficient in payroll systems and ExcelBenefitsCompany pensionLife insuranceHealth & wellbeing programmeFree flu jabsCasual dressJBRP1_UKTJ
