Payroll Assistant – Stirling – Car Required
W&A are thrilled to be partnering with their client in Stirling in their search for a Payroll Assistant. This role does not require previous payroll experience, the successful candidate could come from a general finance background and be keen to learn new skills.
Your New Role
The successful candidate will support the finance team to provide a first-class payroll service to its clients.
Key duties include:
- Processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring confidentiality
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management analysis, including payroll summaries and labour cost reports
- Handle enquiries related to payroll from employees and management in a professional manner
- Support as required to ensure seamless integration between payroll and financial systems
- Experience of using Xero and Sage is desirable
The successful candidate :
- Excellent team working and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- 2 years’ experience in a payroll or accounts role
- Experience of using Xero and Sage
