Key Responsibilities As the Payroll/Purchase Ledger Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: Overseeing weekly payroll administration which involves collecting timesheets, authorizing weekly overtime, printing clock cards, and verifying additional payments. Accurately entering all necessary data into the payroll system (Opera). Generating Bacs payment reports Efficiently handling purchase ledger invoices by matching them to purchase orders and goods received notes. Processing payment runs Reconciling unallocated payments and purchase ledger statements.
