Join Our Team as a Payroll Administrator

Support over 7,000 employees by delivering accurate and timely payroll and pension services. Based in our Newcastle office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), with flexibility for remote work, and occasional travel to Stockton during training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process end-to-end payroll operations, including BACS creation.
  2. Handle payroll tasks such as starters, leavers, changes, and ad-hoc payments.
  3. Administer pension schemes like NHS, Civil Service, LGPS, and others.
  4. Manage auto-enrolment and pension contribution changes in compliance with regulations.
  5. Calculate and process company benefits, holiday pay, and flexible benefits schemes.
  6. Process statutory payments and manage absence data per HMRC guidelines.
  7. Provide proactive customer service and resolve payroll queries.
  8. Support payroll projects, including TUPE transfers and issuance of formal letters.
