Supportthepastryteamwithdailymiseenplaceandkitchenorganisation
Followrecipesandinstructionsfromseniorchefsaccurately
Maintaincleanlinessandorganisationwithinthepastrysection
EnsurecompliancewithHACCP,foodhygiene,andhealth &safetystandards
Supporttheteamduringbusyserviceperiodswhilemaintainingconsistencyandquality
Assistwithbasicstockrotationandminimisefoodwaste
Requirements &Skills
PreviousexperienceasaPastryCommisCheforCommisChefinaprofessionalkitchenispreferred
