As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be: Leading several high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of £5mil Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standard Passive Fire Contracts Manager experience needed: Experience managing multiple contracts Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry Delivering budgets of minimum £400k a month Experience leading a team In return as the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, xbpsjku you will receive: £60,000-£75,000 Company car Fuel allowance Laptop and Phone 28 days annual leave including bank holiday (increases each year of service) Company pension scheme Healthcare benefits Internal academy to support on further qualifications If this role appeals to you then please apply now or contact Lexie on or email on
