As a Level 2 (or above) qualified Teaching Assistant, you'll be able to support a KS2 child working alongside the teacher to help manage daily routines and learning activities. You may assist small groups of children as well with tasks. But generally, provide support to a child 1 to 1 as well as being able to modify challenging behaviour if needed by creating a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be Level 2 qualified or above in childcare or education, with a proactive and supportive attitude.
