Kaden Education is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and skilled Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner SEND Schools in E4 area . If you’re passionate about working with children who have complex needs and/or Autism, this is your chance to have a rewarding impact in the classroom! Working with students who have Autism , ADHD , and Complex Needs is both challenging and incredibly rewarding. In this role, you’ll support children’s learning, foster a positive environment, and help make every day a success for them. If you’re energetic, flexible, and eager to support students in achieving their full potential, we’d love to hear from you! Providing 1:1 support to children with special needs and lower ability levels. Supporting students with Autism , ADHD , Dyslexia , and other Specific Learning Difficulties . Assisting in managing challenging behaviour and promoting positive learning experiences. Helping to create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Working closely with teachers to ensure the learning needs of each child are met effectively. A flexible, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs. No prior school experience required – we’ll provide online training to equip you with the skills you need. Graduates or those with transferrable skills in areas like childcare, psychology, or social care are encouraged to apply. You should have the energy, patience, and dedication to support children with complex needs , including Autism and ADHD.
