We are seeking a skilled Part Time Legal Secretary to provide support within the Private Client department of a professional services firm. This role based in Edinburgh requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.

Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports accurately. Manage and organise client files and records with confidentiality. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for the Private Client team. Handle client communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner. Support the team with billing and invoicing tasks. Ensure deadlines are met by monitoring and following up on tasks. Maintain and update client databases and systems. Assist with general administrative tasks as required.Profile
