Key Responsibilities: Prepare review packs for client meetings Write detailed client reports and recommendation letters Prepare advice documentation, including application and nomination forms Submit Requests for Information (RFIs) to providers Undertake cashflow planning analysis Conduct research using internal tools and approved provider/fund panels Maintain accurate client records on Intelligent Office and SharePoint Collaborate closely with Financial Planners to deliver high-quality client outcomes Support the wider technical team in meeting regulatory and business objectives What Were Looking For: Minimum of 2 years experience in a paraplanning or technical report-writing role Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards), with ambitions towards Chartered status (Level 6) Strong understanding of financial services regulation and legislation Knowledge of investment, pension, and protection products, including attitude to risk Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong work ethic Commitment to ongoing professional development Desirable Skills: Experience using Intelligent Office and SharePoint Strong technical knowledge across financial planning areas Experience in cashflow modelling tools A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team Alignment with a client-first, independent advice philosophy How to Apply: Interested?
