What You’ll Do

As a Paint Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting full vehicle re-sprays Carrying out necessary paint repairs using a range of professional spraying techniques. Applying basecoats, primers, lacquers, and specialist finishes to achieve flawless results. Working with a variety of paint systems including:

Water- and solvent-based paints Clear over base paints Solid and two-pack paints Metallic paints Three-stage pearlescent paints Matte lacquer finishes Specialised paint finishes Ensuring all vehicles leave the workshop free from defects, including drip marks, tear-backs, or imperfections. Auditing all parts and panels and completing relevant quality signoffs. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance at all times.
