Salary: Up to £45K

Hybrid: 2 days in Central London, 3 days WFH

Are you a Paid Social specialist who knows how to turn scrolls into sales? We’re working with a fast-growing digital agency in London that’s looking for a Paid Social Manager to lead performance-driven social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other leading platforms for ecommerce brands.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of paid social campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and testing through to optimisation and scaling. Working closely with creative, analytics, and account teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are insight-led, creative-first, and consistently delivering strong ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Build and test audience strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and full-funnel campaigns
• Brief, review, and optimise ad creatives in collaboration with creative teams
• Monitor budgets, performance, and key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM)
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve efficiency and scale performance
• Deliver clear performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social

✅ What You Bring

• 2+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (agency or in-house)
• Strong experience across Meta Ads Manager; TikTok and LinkedIn experience a plus
• Solid understanding of ecommerce performance metrics and attribution
• Data-driven mindset with a creative eye for what converts
• Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple accounts

Salary & Benefits

• £38,000–£45,000 per annum (DOE)
