Your new company \nA well-established construction firm working 5 days a week in their offices, based in London's West End. \nYour new role \nThis is an extremely diverse role where your responsibilities will cover both PA and Office Management. Duties will include:\n\nOrganising travel, diary management, booking meetings including agendas and minutes and some personal support\nExpense reporting and reconciliation\nFirst point of contact for visitors to the offices\nOffice and operations management, including liaising with building managers, filing systems, archiving, updating documentation and managing the annual leave systemWhat you'll need to succeed You should have experience in a corporate environment in an administrative capacity.

Experience within the property industry is preferred but not essential. \nWhat you'll get in return \nThey are offering a salary of £40-45k, depending on experience. This company also offers a discretionary bonus scheme.
