Job Title: People Change Consultant Location: Osterley, UK Job Type: Full-time contract, 6 Months

Responsibilities: • Work alongside the People Partners, focusing on delivering the critical change initiatives which drive business strategy • Lead people change projects and solutions to enable business outcomes • Support business leaders with organisational change and business unit design, being responsible for the delivery of the change process • Ensure the effective application of People procedures and policies, providing guidance for the business, to ensure there is integrity in all our people decisions • Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change and identifying any potential risk • Develop and deliver fit for purpose analysis, recommendations, presentations and other project outputs • Work in the People Change delivery team to delivery a programme of work across the Group, working closely with the People Coordination, Legal, HR Tech and Recruitment teams.

Required: • Strong communication and relationship building skills • Demonstrable experience supporting business leaders with org change and business unit design, including experience in the delivery of all types of people change. • Strong experience of wor...
