Job Details Role / Job Title: Oracle Fusion Time and Absence Techno-Functional Consultant Work Location: Crawley, UK Mode of Working: Hybrid Office Requirement (Hybrid): 3 days The Role We need an Oracle Fusion Time and Absence Techno-Functional Consultant to support our Oracle Fusion related applications and delivery for one of the UK's large airline customers. Your Responsibilities 1. Functional Responsibilities Lead and support Oracle Fusion Time and Absence module implementations .
Gather and analyze business requirements related to: Time entry and approvals
Absence plans, accruals, and carryover rules
Overtime, shifts, and work schedules
Leave policies and statutory compliance

Configure Time and Absence features including: Time card layouts and rules
Absence types and plans
Accrual and eligibility formulas
Approval workflows

Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
Provide functional guidance to business users and HR stakeholders.
Prepare functional design documents (FDD) , configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
2. Technical Responsibilities Develop and maintain Fast Formulas (Time and Absence, Accruals, Eligibility).
Support and design integrations using: HCM Extracts
REST / SOAP APIs
BI Publisher reports

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to time calculations, accrual errors, and integrations.
Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, security roles, and data migration.
Support inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, third-party time systems, and absence vendors.
Collaborate with business teams and provide functional requirements documentation, configuration, and testing support.
Prepare support documentation ( SOPs ), issue RCA , and functional design documents.
Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience 10 12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion .
Expertise in Oracle Fusion Time and Absence module implementations.
Fast Formula development and debugging.
HCM Extracts .
BI Publisher reporting.
REST / SOAP APIs .
Basic SQL knowledge.
Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) .
