Your Responsibilities 1. Functional Responsibilities Lead and support Oracle Fusion Time and Absence module implementations .
Gather and analyze business requirements related to: Time entry and approvals
Absence plans, accruals, and carryover rules
Overtime, shifts, and work schedules
Leave policies and statutory compliance

Configure Time and Absence features including: Time card layouts and rules
Absence types and plans
Accrual and eligibility formulas
Approval workflows

Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
Provide functional guidance to business users and HR stakeholders.
