Job Description

Operations Support required to support MD, required for a groundworks company. Small but highly successful business.Responsible for managing a team of 20. This person will assist instrengthening the operational performance of the company.
The successful candidate will bring structure and and clarity to company operations.Following processesSupporting team and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

Set clear operational standards and ensure consistent execution

Drive improvements in productivity, cost control, quality assurance and programme delivery.

Own and deliver operational KPIs

Oversee labour planning, plant allocation and materials coordination

Manage supplier performance and subcontractor standards

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, permits and company policies

Oversee transport, fleet coordination and plant logistics to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance

Role will be prioritising work loads, coordinating projects


This is a key hands-on managerial role focused on efficiency, quality of customer service.
