As Operations Manager you will report to the General manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide strategic support to the General Manager for all hotel operations. Directly lead the heads of departments. Ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service. Succession Planning - Lead the development and continuous learning of the hotel staff. Ensure the best level of customer care within the property. Support the profitability and cost management of the hotel. What You Will Need: 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment. A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment. Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
