Operations Manager
Oversee and optimize Personalized Nursing LIGHT House’s daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves managing resources, improving processes, compliance and safety, including review of contracts for various funding sources to achieve organizational goals. Personalized Nursing LIGHT House is a premier behavioral health care provider with more than 34 years of specialized addiction treatment service serving the adult population. We offer a full continuum of care with clinical locations in Plymouth, Canton and Madison Heights. Our mission is to be an innovative and effective behavioral healthcare corporation (utilizing the LIGHT model of care), that strives for excellence clinically, as well as administratively. Specifically, our intent is to increase client well-being, decrease addiction severity, improve the quality of client’s mental and physical health, and contribute positively to society. This position reports to the CEO.

Essential Duties:
Process Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Streamline processes to provide improved productivity and client experiences.
Quality Control:
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure high standards of products or services.
Safety:
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards.
Performance Analysis:
Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Compliance Reporting:
Preparing and presenting compliance reports for various funding and accreditation agencies. Ensure all policies and procedures for compliance are updated and meet requirements.
Educational Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
An MBA or a master's in operations management (optional)
Experience/Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience working in Operations or Management. Exceptional communication skills required (verbal and written). Professional demeanor in all interactions.
Pay range
$70,000-80,000 annually
