Your new role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of transmission infrastructure projects. This is a key leadership role with full P&L accountability, responsible for the operational delivery and growth of high-value assets including OFTOs, substations, export cables, and offshore platforms.Ideally based in the North West of England (with flexibility for the right candidate), you will lead a high-performing team, drive service excellence, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will also act as the senior point of contact for key clients, supporting contract negotiations and fostering long-term partnerships.
