About the Company
Our client is a specialist provider of surface preparation and finishing solutions, working across industrial, construction, and fire protection sectors. With a strong reputation for quality and delivery, they are now looking to appoint a Operations Manager to support their continued growth.

The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple projects, ensuring delivery is efficient, profitable, and to the highest standard.

You will play a vital role in driving performance, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all operational project activity across the business

* Manage budgets, costs, and project profitability

* Lead, support, and coordinate site teams and supervisors

* Plan and manage logistics, resources, and scheduling

* Drive continuous improvement in processes and productivity

* Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards

* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in an Operations or Contracts Management role

* Background in industrial services, coatings, fire protection, blasting or similar sectors

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and margins

* Flexible approach, with willingness to travel and work away when required
