Operations Manager - Hertfordshire and surrounding Home Counties - £60k

I am currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for an independent Contract Cater who have strong focus on the quality of their food and development of their people. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for 10 very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements.

The ideal Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

• Experience in a senior management role, within Contract Catering
• Great understanding of the client’s needs
• Managed a patch of business with at least 6 sites
• Strong retail business experience, up to date with the latest trends with strong financial acumen

In return for your hard work, you will receive a generous salary package of up to £60k plus car allowance.
