£45k-£55k Basic Salary + Company Vehicle + 25 Days Holiday + Bonus (£10k+ Potential) + Pension
Location - Hertford
We currently have a superb opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager or Installation Manager to join a reputable and growing renewable energy installation business and who specialise in Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV charging installations, mainly to residential customers and homeowners.
We are looking for someone who lives commutable to the Hertford area, with the role being hybrid and a combination of in office and out in the field.
Job Role:
Responsible for all operational and installation activity. You will ensure that jobs are delivered on time, on budget, safely, and to MCS and company quality standards, while continuously improving efficiency and customer experience.
Acting as the central link between sales, surveying, procurement, installation teams, subcontractors, and customers.
Coordinate internal installation teams and external subcontractors (scaffolders, electricians, roofers, etc.)
Ensure installations comply with MCS, DNO, H&S, and building regulations.
Salary / Benefits:
£45k-£55k Basic Salary subject to experience
Quarterly / Annual Bonuses - potential for an additional £10k+
