Job Description
Operations & Sales Enablement Coordinator
Location: London (Marylebone) – 3 days per week in office
Salary: £45,000
About the Role
We are a fast-growing, values-driven professional services firm operating in financial services executive search and renewables. As we expand our UK and US operations, we are seeking an Operations & Sales Enablement Coordinator to support the business in its next phase of growth.
This role is perfect for a proactive, self-sufficient individual who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment, taking ownership of key processes, and supporting senior partners in driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM systems, including generating reports, dashboards, and sales tracking Organize meetings, coordinate schedules, and provide high-quality administrative support Prepare presentations, templates, and search reports using Canva, Word, and PowerPoint Support supplier management and internal office events Assist with basic finance processes, including invoice preparation and mild credit control Maintain and organize company documents and records (OneDrive management) Provide ad-hoc support to partners and contribute to operational improvements Support plans for US expansion and help implement new processes as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment operations, sales support, or similar administrative roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using Salesforce or other CRM systems (training can be provided) Proactive, independent, and able to think on your feet Confident, collaborative, and able to act as a “right-hand” to senior partners Technically competent with Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and other office software Comfortable being in the office 3 days a week and taking ownership of the environment Excellent interpersonal skills; aligned with values of communication, empathy, and resilience
