Youll work with department heads to ensure smooth operations, high standards, and excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations to deliver consistent service excellence Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements Oversee event delivery and group bookings Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and brand standards Support staff training and development About You: Previous experience in a senior role within a hotel or events space Strong F&B background Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Commercially aware with a focus on results Service-driven with a hands-on, problem-solving approach Adaptable, organised, and thrives under pressure
