The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of: Restaurant

Conference & Events Operations

Room Service

Reporting to the General Manager , you will work closely with the M&E Sales Manager and Executive Chef to maximise revenue, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive departmental profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Food & Beverage operations

Ensure exceptional service standards in all outlets

Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team

Collaborate with Sales and Kitchen teams to optimise revenue opportunities

Control costs while maximising profitability

Act as the figurehead of F&B operations within the hotel

About You

Proven F&B management experience in a 4-star London hotel or above

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Guest-focused with a passion for service excellence

Commercially aware with proven success in revenue growth and cost control

Right to work in the UK is essential
