Astute People are working exclusively with a leading O&M Contractor who operate a Biomass plant in Craigellachie, Moray. The plant produces around 15MW of power which is enough to power 20,000 local homes and businesses.
As part of a team restructure, they have added a new position to act as interface between the Operations & Maintenance Team. As Operations Coordinator you will play a key role in overseeing the day to day activities across departments to maximise plant reliability, availability and efficiency.

Responsibilities and duties of the Operations Coordinator role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: Coordinate daily operations, ensuring clear and effective communication across teams and shifts. Support the planning and scheduling of activities, including maintenance and outage coordination. Maintain accurate operational logs, performance data, KPIs, and reports, delivering them on time. Assist with compliance processes, including audits, inspections, documentation updates, and regulatory reporting.
