About the Role

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Occupational Therapist will play a crucial role in designing and delivering evidence-based, individualised treatment plans. This includes supporting residents with a wide range of neurological conditions such as:

  • Neurodegenerative diseases
  • Functional Neurological Disorders (FND)
  • Traumatic brain injuries
  • Frontal temporal dementias
  • Long-term and complex care needs

Each resident is unique, and the successful applicant will approach every individual with compassion, dignity and respect—just as they would a member of their own family.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred occupational therapy interventions based on thorough assessment and clinical reasoning
  • Collaborate with residents and colleagues to identify goals and develop bespoke care plans
  • Contribute to the service’s multidisciplinary approach to care and rehabilitation
  • Participate in ongoing discussions around resident interventions and wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
  • Support a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement

Essential Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Satisfactory professional references

Band 5 or 6 salary (dependent on experience). Flexible working hours available.
