Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and deliver major adaptations for adults in social care settings
• Apply moving and handling techniques to ensure safe and effective practice
• Conduct client assessments and contribute to service evaluations and improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external contractors
• Maintain accurate client records in line with HCPC standards and legal requirements

Requirements:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience in adult social care, major adaptations, and community OT
• Strong moving and handling skills
