Key Responsibilities: Assess and deliver major adaptations for adults in social care settings Apply moving and handling techniques to ensure safe and effective practice Conduct client assessments and contribute to service evaluations and improvements Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external contractors Maintain accurate client records in line with HCPC standards and legal requirements

Requirements: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Experience in adult social care, major adaptations, and community OT Strong moving and handling skills
