Were looking for an ambitious and influentialNational Specification Managerto lead our UK Specification Team and champion SFS products across the South West region. Reporting to the Sales Director, youll manage a team of two while also taking responsibility for your own territory - leading by example to deliver a strong, sustainable pipeline of specification projects.

At SFS, were trusted by architects, consulting firms, and specifiers to deliver innovative solutions for the building envelope. In this role, youll help maintain that trust while driving growth, deepening customer partnerships, and representing our brand as a technical authority within the industry.

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of two Specification Managers, ensuring alignment with business targets and a culture of collaboration and success.

• Develop, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline of specifications into profitable projects.

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with architects, consulting engineers, design-led contractors, and key specifiers.

• Deliver engagingCPD presentations, reinforcing SFSs expertise in areas such as sustainability, BIM, and the Building Safety Act.

• Partner with the Sales Director and Technical team to deliver accurate specifications, exceptional service, and seamless project execution.

• Represent SFS at key industry events, contributing insights on market trends and influencing the future of the specification landscape.

• Demonstrable experience in aspecification-led sales environmentwithin the construction or building envelope sector.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and engage a team.

• Excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to represent SFS at a senior level within architectural and engineering practices.

• Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to opportunity creation.
