Were looking for an ambitious and influential National Specification Manager to lead our UK Specification Team and champion SFS products across the South West region. Reporting to the Sales Director, youll manage a team of two while also taking responsibility for your own territory - leading by example to deliver a strong, sustainable pipeline of specification projects.
At SFS, were trusted by architects, consulting firms, and specifiers to deliver innovative solutions for the building envelope. In this role, youll help maintain that trust while driving growth, deepening customer partnerships, and representing our brand as a technical authority within the industry.
What youll do Lead, coach, and inspire a team of two Specification Managers, ensuring alignment with business targets and a culture of collaboration and success.
Develop, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline of specifications into profitable projects.
