Shift 4 on 4 off | Days & Nights
Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 (OTE £60,000)

The Opportunity
Due to expansion within the business an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly growing, well-established manufacturing site. You'll be part of a friendly, experienced engineering team supporting production across high-volume processing and packaging operations.
The Role
Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement across a range of modern manufacturing equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
* Planned and reactive maintenance on processing and packaging lines
* Working on conveyors, pumps, valves, fillers, hydraulics and pneumatics
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site standards
About You
* Background in manufacturing (food ideal, but not essential)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working days and nights
* Easy-going, team-oriented and personable - cultural fit is key
