Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Shaftsbury, Dorset Shift 4 on 4 off | Days & Nights Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 (OTE £60,000) Training and Development Opportunities The Opportunity Due to expansion within the business an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly growing, well-established manufacturing site. You'll be part of a friendly, experienced engineering team supporting production across high-volume processing and packaging operations. The Role Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement across a range of modern manufacturing equipment.
