Salary: £50,000-£55,000 Commutable from; Thrapston, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Northampton, Bedford, Peterborough, Market Harborough, Rushden and Huntingdon Are you a multi-skilled, maintenance or shift engineer looking for a new challenge in a highly automated, fast-paced FMCG environment? We are partnering with a stable and successful FMCG company, working in a highly skilled, fast passed engineering team. Key responsibilities: * Deliver planned preventative maintenance and respond efficiently to breakdowns in a timely manner to maximise equipment uptime * Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding on a variety of equipment * Use system to record maintenance activity and planned maintenance and track KPI's * Work effectively with external contractors and production teams to ensure smooth running of the factory * Ensure full compliance with food safety, environmental and health and safety standards. * Assist with continuous improvement initiatives Key skills & experience: * Time served or relevant level 3 engineering qualifications * Beneficial to have experience with valves across water, air and production lines * Previous maintenance or engineering experience within the FMCG industry * Good communication and problem-solving skills * High attention to detail and health and safety standards * Flexibility to cover shifts if required. * PLC fault finding or diagnostics skills If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please contact Alexa or Oli on As you know over here at Zest we like to do things properly and always want to keep you, the candidate in the loop. xehkeey Applying to this 'one of a kind' role you give Zest permission to hold your information.
