Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off with 2.5 weeks off every other month.
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
Commutable from; Thrapston, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Northampton, Bedford, Peterborough, Market Harborough, Rushden and Huntingdon

We are partnering with a stable and successful FMCG company, working in a highly skilled, fast passed engineering team.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver planned preventative maintenance and respond efficiently to breakdowns in a timely manner to maximise equipment uptime
* Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding on a variety of equipment
* Use system to record maintenance activity and planned maintenance and track KPI's
* Work effectively with external contractors and production teams to ensure smooth running of the factory
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, environmental and health and safety standards.
* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Key skills & experience:
* Time served or relevant level 3 engineering qualifications
* Beneficial to have experience with valves across water, air and production lines
* Previous maintenance or engineering experience within the FMCG industry
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and health and safety standards
* Flexibility to cover shifts if required.
* PLC fault finding or diagnostics skills
