Multi-Site General Manager Chester & Liverpool | Health & Fitness | Permanent | Full Time 40 hours per week Up to £60,000 per annum

Our client, a well-established organisation within the health and fitness sector, is seeking an experienced Multi-Site General Manager to lead two clubs across Chester and Liverpool.

This is an exciting time to join the business as it continues to invest in its health club offering, with a clear focus on enhancing facilities, services and the overall member experience. The organisation is committed to elevating its proposition to deliver a more premium health and fitness environment , and this role will play a key part in supporting that journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking both clubs to the next level , driving commercial performance while developing high-performing teams and enhancing the overall member experience.

We are looking for a people-focused leader with an entrepreneurial mindset , capable of nurturing teams while also delivering strong commercial results across multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities: Provide effective day-to-day leadership across both club locations Hold full profit and loss responsibility for the sites Lead, develop and inspire department heads and wider teams Drive membership growth and maximise revenue across multiple income streams Implement operational and commercial strategies to improve performance Enhance the member journey and ensure exceptional customer service standards Identify opportunities to strengthen the clubs' position within the local market Manage operational, financial and people-related challenges with confidence About You: The successful candidate will demonstrate: Proven multi-site management experience within the fitness, leisure, hospitality or service sector Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing multiple revenue streams or departments A leadership style that is both supportive and nurturing , while maintaining high performance standards An entrepreneurial mindset , with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive results Experience motivating teams and improving customer satisfaction A genuine passion for health, fitness and wellbeing The Opportunity: This role offers the opportunity to join a business that is continuing to develop and enhance its health club offering , where the successful candidate will have the autonomy and support to drive club performance and contribute to the ongoing evolution of a more premium fitness experience .
