You will empower your team to be the best versions of themselves and reflect our values. Each CoE welcomes new adventurers, providing immersive training experiences, upskilling and educating our people through coaching and mentoring, while driving a culture of excellence. You will embody entrepreneurial skills to meet KPIs, build relationships with schools, parents, and team members, and boost profit, all while maintaining unwavering quality. Whether it’s school wrap-around care or a leisure centre camp, you’ll lead diverse activities based on our "Whole of Child" programming philosophy. As you grow in this role, you will take on more schools and leisure centres to grow your portfolio across a cluster of high-performing programs, highly engaged teams, and strong school relationships.Due to continued growth, we are building a pipeline of future General Managers for positions across London. We welcome expressions of interest from both internal and external candidates. Salary: 32,000K.
