Company Description Due to continued growth, we are building a pipeline of future General Managers for positions across London. We welcome expressions of interest from both internal and external candidates. Salary: £32,000K. Due to the nature of the role, own transport is essential. As a General Manager, you will have a home base at one of our Centre’s of Excellence (CoE). You'll set high standards for excellence while delivering top-quality experiences through careful planning. You will empower your team to be the best versions of themselves and they will reflect our values. Each CoE will welcome new adventurers, providing immersive training experiences, upskilling and educating our people through coaching & mentoring while driving a culture of excellence. You’ll embody entrepreneurial skills to meet KPIs, build relationships with schools, parents, and team members, and boost profit, all while maintaining unwavering quality. Whether it's school wrap‑around care or a leisure centre camp, you'll lead diverse activities based on our 'Whole of Child' programming philosophy. As you grow in this role, you will pick up more schools & Leisure Centres to grow your portfolio in a cluster of high performing programs, highly engaged teams and unbreakable school relationships. Qualifications
