Ideal Candidate: Experienced Mechanic - MOT licence is desirable but not essential. Friendly and approachable attitude. Strong communication skills - comfortable interacting with customers. Proactive approach to ordering parts and managing stock. Flexible, reliable, and keen to work collaboratively in a small team. Benefits On Offer: Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. 28 days holiday, including bank holidays, plus a Christmas shutdown. Discounted rates on MOTs and access to parts at company rates. Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm; Alternate Saturdays, 8am - 12pm. Supportive and flexible working environment. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out vehicle maintenance and repairs to a high standard. Performing MOT tests (if qualified) or supporting colleagues in the process.
