Job Overview We are seeking a Gas Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA agreements, and adhere to maintenance schedules. This is a permanent, non‑freelance role with immediate start. Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance on commercial gas appliances and associated systems. Diagnose faults and complete repairs within contractual timescales. Support plumbing and basic electrical maintenance tasks where required. Complete all relevant documentation and certification accurately and on time. Monitor subcontractors on site and issue permits for small works as required. Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and safe working practices. Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

What We're Looking For

City & Guilds Level II/III (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Valid commercial gas qualifications: COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1. Experience working with HVAC systems, including air handling units. Good knowledge of health & safety regulations. Basic electrical knowledge and plumbing experience. Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills. Full UK driving licence.
