Mobile Gas Engineer £50k annual Location: Regional Recruitment - Sevenoaks (Kent) and required to travel to BN/RH - Engineer to live in NE, TN, CT RGsetsquare recruitment is working with FM Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across UK. We're looking for a Gas Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules. Role Responsibilities

Carry out planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance on gas appliances and associated systems Support plumbing and basic electrical maintenance tasks Diagnose faults and complete repairs within contractual timescales Complete all documentation and certification accurately and on time Monitor subcontractors and issue permits for small works as required

What we're looking for

Qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent Commercial gas qualifications: COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1 Experience with HVAC systems, including air handling units Knowledge of health and safety and safe working practices Basic electrical knowledge and plumbing experience
