We are recruiting on behalf of a multi-award-winning architecture and building consultancy. The practice delivers imaginative and practical design solutions across commercial, residential, leisure, and education sectors, taking projects from concept through to detailed technical delivery. Role Overview:

You will work on behalf of the client, producing detailed technical design packages, coordinating with consultants and statutory bodies, and ensuring projects comply with all regulations and standards. This is a hands-on role where your BIM expertise and technical knowledge will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce high-quality working drawings and technical information with minimal supervision
- Coordinate detailed design information across multiple disciplines
- Advise on regulations, fire strategy, materials, and buildability
- Prepare documentation for statutory approvals and tenders
- Work within BIM Level 2 processes (Revit) and contribute to QA procedures
- Carry out site inspections and support Health & Safety compliance

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in an architectural technologist or technical architectural role
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction standards
- Confident with BIM Level 2 workflows (Revit)
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative
